For me, <strong>cooperation at eye level<\/strong> is an essential component of successful corporate management. Hierarchy hardly plays a role on that.<\/p>\n<p>No matter whether it&#8217;s the employee at the machine, the project manager on the customer&#8217;s side, the managing director at my client&#8217;s or even the investor for whose company I&#8217;m currently working &#8211; if you address things openly and honestly, you gain trust.<\/p>\n<p><strong>And trust is the basis for good big picture. The employees, however, are staying. Since they understood the changes that were made and made them themselves, <strong>my experience remains within the company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It wasn&#8217;t Oliver, it was the team,&#8221; that&#8217;s one of my favorite sayings to hear when I leave. <strong>In this way, I actively contribute to the success of a transformation.
